We offer a wide range of premium quality continuous band sealers. The sealers can be supplied with optional parts such as speed regulator, cooling fan, electronic temperature controller and adjustable conveyor. The Teflon sealing bands and drive belts are controlled by one motor. These continuous band sealers require minimal maintenance and provide long service life. Providing maximum productivity, continuous band sealers are supplied in various technical specifications. The specifications can also be customized.

Pneumatic sealers are equipped with adjustable conveyors for different height. Adjustable sealing head can be adjusted to various angles. Ideal for sealing of all thermoplastics and films, pneumatic sealers are ideal for packaging large and heavy bags. The operation control feature is designed as per the need. Liquid packing machines are PLC controlled, full automatic filling and sealing machines. These machines are suitable for different shampoo, ketchup, oil, lube, cream, beverages, etc. The machines are compatible for PP, PVC, LDPE, metallised polyester and aluminum foil based materials. Liquid packing machines can be further equipped with PID (Proportional integral Derivative) based temperature controllers. There are different models available depending on their roll widths. All contact parts are made of food grade stainless steel.

Electromagnetic induction capper is mainly applicable of capping operation of non-metal bottleneck such as plastics and glass. The capper is suitable especially for those customers who require continuous capping operation with large output. Our EM induction capper is highly suitable for capping operation of high threaded cap.

The batch coders are a compact online automatic ink coder, which are designed to print details like price, batch number, manufacturing date, expiry date etc. Moreover, the batch coders are suitably modified to include personalized details, certain types of cases and other specifications. The easily removable ink system is totally enclosed to ensure minimum ink evaporation and dust contamination. Speed of coder is synchronized by the parent machine motion.
